Please check these requirements before purchasing a course, to make sure your device will play videos smoothly.
Windows (Desktop App)
- Operating System: Windows 10 (2020 or later) or Windows 11
- Free Storage Space: At least 10 GB free (course videos are downloaded to your device, not just streamed)
- Internet: A stable connection is needed to download course content. Once downloaded, videos can be watched without internet.
Android (Mobile App)
- Android Version: Android 11 or newer recommended
- RAM: 4 GB or more recommended for smooth playback
- Processor: A mid-range or newer processor is recommended. Very budget or older tablets/phones (particularly ones released before 2021) may experience video playback issues on some courses.
- Free Storage Space: At least 8–10 GB free, depending on course size (course videos are downloaded to your device, not just streamed)
- Internet: A stable connection is needed to download course content. Once downloaded, videos can be watched without internet.
Important — Please Test Before Purchasing
If you’re unsure whether your device will work well, we strongly recommend trying a free preview video first. Every course has sample videos you can watch for free, without purchasing — please test one on your actual device before buying, especially if:
- Your phone or tablet is more than 3–4 years old
- Your device was a budget/entry-level model when purchased
- You’ve experienced video playback problems with other apps before
If a free preview video plays smoothly on your device, your purchased course content will too.
